Mozzarella Cheese Made from Cow’s Milk

Our Mozzarella Cheese is made from whole fresh cow’s milk coming only from registered and European Union approved farms. The milk is pasteurized and turned into curd and after scalding, it is formed to mozzarella.

INGREDIENTS: Cow’s milk, starter cultures, rennet, salt. PACKAGING: Vacuumed in polyethylene from 0,3g up to 7kg block. STORAGE: 0-8°C and humidity up to 75% SHELF LIFE: 300 days after production
